The Challenge
The client relied on a mix of BusinessObjects reports, spreadsheets, and manual processes. Business users needed a faster, more accessible way to monitor performance and make timely decisions. Some existing reports needed modernization, while entire business areas needed reporting capabilities that didn’t yet exist.
What BDP Did
BDP worked directly with business stakeholders to understand the decisions they needed to make and the information they needed to support them. We converted selected BusinessObjects reports to Power BI, built new dashboards where gaps existed, and established organized Power BI workspaces and reusable datasets connected to the new cloud data warehouse. Reporting stayed consistent as it was scaled.
