Client: A confidential multi-brand home services organization running a complex digital environment across multiple brands and customer-facing applications.

The Challenge

The organization was using Cloudflare across a growing digital footprint but needed a clearer picture of its configuration, security posture, and operational processes. Leadership wanted an experienced partner to assess the environment, identify risks, and build a practical roadmap that would keep future Cloudflare changes coordinated across technology, security, application, and business teams instead of scattered across departments.

What BDP Did

BDP began with a focused Cloudflare discovery and assessment, reviewing the environment from both technical and operational angles, including architecture, DNS and traffic management, application security, performance, access controls, monitoring, and governance practices across every brand. That assessment became a prioritized, practical roadmap. Once approved, BDP moved from advisory into hands-on implementation, rolling out changes in controlled phases to protect business continuity while improving the environment.
