About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in technology and operations to lead digital platform implementations, improve systems, and streamline business processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations and operational improvements.

Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.

Collaborate with Operations, IT, Finance, and Leadership to align goals.

Manage vendor relationships and system integrations (e.g., POS, field service).

Identify workflow automation and efficiency opportunities.
-
Maintain project documentation and reports.
-
Drive user adoption with training and change management.
-
Monitor KPIs to measure impact and enable continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

7+ years managing projects in SaaS, technology, or operations.

3+ years implementing or managing vendor software (POS, ERP, CRM, Field Service, etc.).

Proven experience managing vendor relationships and software deployment on the client side.

Strong grasp of operational workflows and system integrations.
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Proficient with project management tools like Asana, Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
-
PMP or Agile certification preferred but not required.
